With over 25 years in real estate and a career that spans new construction, military relocation, and asset management, Shelly High brings a rare depth of experience—and a great sense of humor—to her role as Buyer Broker with The Home Team. She’s been licensed since 1998, has owned and operated her own business, and served as Director of Operations before stepping fully into helping buyers one-on-one.

As a Navy wife, Shelly understands the logistics, stress, and excitement of moving better than most. Married since 1995 and a proud mom of a grown son, she brings wisdom and empathy to every season of life her clients may be in. Whether it’s a first home, a fresh start, or a forever home, Shelly is there with steady guidance, sharp insight, and just the right dose of humor.

Born and raised in Corvallis, Shelly returned in 2017 to be closer to family and the community she loves. In her free time, you’ll often find her paddleboarding on a sunny day, watching true crime documentaries, or enjoying a relaxed evening on the back patio with her husband, Randy, and their close-knit circle of friends.
